SUBSCRIPTION PASS - THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  1. You don’t have to see every show. Only want to see the holiday show? Use all 3 for that production. Out of town for one of the shows? Spread them out over the 2 shows you can see!

  2. Can be purchased all year in advance of any production with at least one week processing time.

  3. No seats will be held for Subscription Pass holders.

  4. You are responsible for making your reservations by either emailing us at boxoffice@savannahrep.org or calling us at (912) 436-3629 x1. All bookings are subject to availability.

  5. We highly recommend making advanced reservations with your Subscription Pass. Same day reservations can be done but only at the door in-person before the performance. We are happy to book you for every production all at once if you’d like.

  6. If you need to cancel a show reservation you must do so 48 hours before the performance otherwise you will lose those reserved tickets and will not be able to use them for future productions. See below for changing a reservation to a different performance.

  7. Subscription Passes will expire closing night of our final production and cannot be rolled over to 2025

  8. Savannah Rep will send you a courtesy reminder via email before each production opens.

BOX OFFICE POLICIES:

  1. All Tickets/Subscriptions are non-refundable.

  2. NO LATE SEATING is permitted once the performance has started.

  3. Box Office at the door opens an hour before curtain

  4. The House opens 30 minutes before curtain

  5. Parking for The Rep - Downtown is street parking. The nearest parking garage is the one on Lincoln and Congress. The parking lot to the right of the building is for staff only and the lot behind the building is for residents of the surrounding homes.

  6. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted at our performances.

  7. Parental Discretion is advised for all of our productions.

  8. If you need to change your reservation please do so 24 hours before the date of your original reservation by either emailing us at boxoffice@savannahrep.org or leaving a message for us at (912) 436-3629 x1. Same day notification cannot be processed.
